I began my hairdressing journey nearly 40 years ago as a Saturday girl in Manchester, and I still love the craft as much today as I did then! As co-founder of Red Hair and now Style Director, I’m incredibly proud of the salon we’ve built over the past 25 years. As a Wella Colour Expert, I enjoy working across all aspects of hairdressing, from precision cutting to colour, and particularly love creating beautiful results for short, long and naturally curly hair. For me, great hairdressing has always been about more than technique. It’s about taking the time to understand each client and creating hair that feels effortless, natural and completely individual. Outside the salon, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and my coffee order is always a cappuccino.

I’ve been in the hairdressing industry for over 30 years and feel incredibly passionate about the craft and the clients I work with. Alongside my role as Manageress, I love spending time behind the chair creating styles that help people feel confident and comfortable. I specialise in short cuts and classic colouring, focusing on looks that are flattering, timeless and easy to wear. I take real pride in the whole client experience, from the initial consultation right through to the final finish, making sure every client feels listened to, valued and completely looked after. Outside of the salon, I enjoy travelling and discovering new places, as well as keeping active through fitness, things that help keep me energised and inspired in both work and life.

I’ve been in the hairdressing industry for 18 years and am often known in the salon as a great all-rounder! What matters most to me is making sure you feel listened to and that we achieve the result you’re hoping for while you’re in my chair. I love helping clients feel confident with their hair and making sure they leave the salon feeling their absolute best. In 2024 I completed my Wella Master Colour Expert qualification. It was hard work, especially going back into a classroom environment, but I was incredibly proud to graduate and see all that effort pay off. And if you ever spot me with a coffee in hand, it’ll most likely be a decaf caramel cappuccino!

I’ve spent the past 16 years training and working at Red Hair, refining my craft and developing a real passion for precision cutting and beautiful colour. I specialise in short hair and seamless highlights, creating tailored looks that enhance natural features and help my clients feel confident and cared for when they leave the chair. For me, hairdressing is about more than the service, it’s about the experience and how you feel when you walk out of the salon. I’m also proud to have completed the Wella Colour Expert qualification, one of the most advanced colour courses in the industry, which helped elevate my technical and creative knowledge even further. In the salon I’m usually known for my loud laugh and curly hair, and I love helping create a warm, uplifting atmosphere for both clients and the team. Outside of work, you’ll often find me travelling somewhere sunny or spending time with family and friends, usually with a nice drink in hand!

I’ve been in the hairdressing industry for over 30 years and still love every part of the craft. I particularly enjoy creating beautiful short hairstyles, from sharp crops to soft, textured bobs, tailoring each look to suit the individual. I’m also proud to play a role in training and mentoring our apprentice team, helping them build their skills and confidence as they grow within the salon. I’m always keen to keep developing my knowledge too, and recently completed a two-day colour course with Wella Professionals. Outside of the salon, I enjoy cooking, nature walks and foraging, practising Pilates, and making scented candles.

I’ve worked in the hairdressing industry for nearly 20 years and have been passionate about hair since leaving school at 15. I specialise in precision cutting and elegant hair-up styling, whether it’s creating a fresh new look or styling for a special occasion. I’m also a qualified Assessor and Hairdressing Tutor, which means I enjoy sharing my knowledge and helping others develop their skills within the industry. I previously worked at Red Hair around 10 years ago and was thrilled to return in 2025 once my children were in full-time school. I love being back behind the chair and reconnecting with the salon. I now work part-time while balancing salon life with being a proud mum of two. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and making the most of time together.

I’ve been hairdressing for over six years and genuinely love every aspect of the job, especially having a busy column filled with so many wonderful clients! I particularly enjoy creating beautiful blondes and brondes, whether that’s a soft lived-in blonde or a brighter Ultimate Blonding transformation. I love catching up with my regular clients just as much as welcoming new faces into my chair. Helping people feel confident and happy with their hair is the part of the job I enjoy most, and I honestly couldn’t imagine doing anything else. Outside of the salon, I enjoy going to the gym, shopping, and spending time with family and friends

I’ve worked in the hairdressing industry for nearly two decades and have spent the past 18 years working front of house in busy salon environments. At Red Hair I help keep everything running smoothly, coordinating appointments, supporting the team and making sure every client feels welcomed and looked after from the moment they arrive. The team often say I’m the heartbeat of the salon, and I love being part of creating a warm, friendly atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and valued. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family and have a real passion for travel, always looking forward to discovering new places and experiences.

I’m often the first face you’ll see when you arrive at Red Hair. With many years of experience working in busy salon environments, I love welcoming both new and returning clients and helping make sure everything runs smoothly at the front desk. Being organised and keeping the day flowing for the team and our clients is something I take real pride in. I’m known for always having a list on the go and keeping things running efficiently behind the scenes so the salon feels calm, welcoming and well looked after. Outside of work, I enjoy walking, running, and spending time with my family.

I’ve spent over 30 years working in customer service within the hairdressing industry, and I love being part of the welcoming front-of-house team at Red Hair. Earlier in my career I worked as a Retail Consultant and Account Manager for Wella, which gave me a great understanding of salon services and professional haircare. It’s knowledge I now use to help ensure every client enjoys a smooth, first-class experience when they visit the salon. I love meeting new people and chatting with our clients, and I’m probably best known in the salon for my organisation skills and friendly conversation. Outside of work, I enjoy camping and kayaking with my dog, as well as good food and drink shared with family and friends.

I’m a Level 2 hairdressing apprentice and love being part of the Red Hair team. I’m passionate about the industry and enjoy every part of salon life, from assisting the stylists and learning new techniques to helping create a welcoming, luxury experience for every client. I’m always eager to keep developing my skills and love seeing how a great service can help someone leave the salon feeling confident and happy. Building relationships with both clients and colleagues is one of the things I enjoy most about working here. Outside of the salon, I enjoy playing football and spending time socialising with friends and family. I’m excited to keep growing in the industry and to see where my hairdressing journey takes me.

I trained at Red Hair and officially qualified as a stylist in June 2025. Having been part of the salon for three years, I’ve loved growing my skills within the team and building my confidence behind the chair. I’m particularly passionate about creating beautiful lived-in blondes and love seeing a full transformation come together. Helping clients feel refreshed, confident and happy with their hair is the part of the job I enjoy most. I’m always keen to keep developing my skills and learning more within the industry. Outside of the salon, I enjoy going to the gym and spending time socialising with friends and family.

I’m a second-year hairdressing apprentice and have been proudly part of the Red Hair team for the past two years. Throughout my apprenticeship I’ve been building my skills and confidence across all areas of salon life, learning from the team and gaining hands-on experience every day. One of my favourite parts of hairdressing is foiling — I love the precision and creativity involved, and the satisfaction of seeing a full head of colour come together beautifully. Watching the transformation from start to finish is what inspires me every day. Outside of the salon, I enjoy spending time with friends and family and making the most of my time away from work. I’m always eager to keep learning, growing, and continuing my journey in hairdressing.

I’m a first-year apprentice at Red Hair and have been part of the team since the very start of my training. I’m passionate about learning and developing my skills in the industry, and I bring plenty of enthusiasm and positivity to every day in the salon. One of my favourite parts of hairdressing is working with foils and seeing how a cut or colour comes together, I love watching the transformation happen and seeing the final result. Outside of the salon, I enjoy exercising and spending time with friends. I’m always motivated to keep learning and improving as I continue my journey in hairdressing.

I enjoy all aspects of hairdressing but mainly bright blondes and “Lived in” colour as i love the transformations you can achieve. I love learning new skills and enjoy gaining more knowledge as the industry continues to change and expand. I have had training with Lived in Blonde educator Emily Mander and precision cutting educators Gianni Scumaci and Ben Brown. I’ve worked at Red for over 4 years and have loved getting to know my clients and building relationships with them whether they’re regulars or its their first time in the salon. My favourite things in life are spending time with my family and friends , going to concerts and travelling to see as much of the world as possible.

I love being part of the team at Red Hair and enjoy seeing our regular clients as well as meeting new ones. It’s helped me build great relationships with both clients and colleagues while growing in confidence every day. I particularly enjoy helping with colour services, washing off and toning hair while making sure clients feel relaxed and comfortable during their visit. I also love learning from the team and watching how different cuts and colours are created as I work towards becoming a stylist myself. Outside of the salon, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, whether that’s going out together or enjoying a takeaway.

I’m a first-year apprentice at Red Hair with a real passion for creativity and transformation. I particularly enjoy foiling and creating elegant hair-ups, and I love seeing the confidence that a finished look can bring. As someone who naturally pays close attention to detail, I take pride in learning to deliver a high standard of work while making sure every client feels comfortable, welcomed and well looked after. Outside of the salon, when I’m not developing my skills, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, going for coffee and a bit of shopping.
